The SSP Lab Sweet are designed to provide a sweet and complex flavor profile with a good body structure and a pleasant mouthfeel that is difficult to achieve with conventional burrs. The grinder ensures optimal particle size distribution and allows for even extraction for more sweetness.

The Lab Sweet grinding discs are coated with Red Speed Titanium Aluminium Carbon Nitride (TiAICN). This coating increases the lifespan of the grinding discs and reduces friction. The third version of the Lab Sweet grinding discs is particularly suitable for espresso, while the second version is more geared towards filter coffee. In version 2, both grinding discs (fixed and rotating) are identical. In version 3, the fixed grinding disc remains the same, but the rotating grinding disc is larger.

We recommend these grinders if you want to emphasize the fruity and complex aromas of your espresso.
